LEGAL COMPLIANCE and WAIVER OF LIABILTY:
In purchasing TAGinn product, the retailer understands they must adhere to all Local, Provincial and Federal laws regarding the purchase, sale and storage of Type S.2 Pyrotechnics.
The retailer agrees not to sell restricted products to customers under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.
If shipping restricted products, the retailer agrees to properly mark and declare the goods for transport with a licenced Dangerous Goods carrier and that Type S.2 Pyrotechnics are not to be sent through the postal system.
In opening an account with TAGinn Canada and/or EG Canada Inc. and to become a retailer of TAGinn (Airsoft Pyrotechnics) products, you agree that both EG Canada Inc. and TAGinn Canada shall be held harmless and free of any and all legal actions arising from the use, purchase of its products or any violations against the law that the retailer incurs.
DEALER AGREEMENT: Once your Dealer Application is approved, you will be required to sign a Dealer Agreement that will include adhering to Federal Explosives regulations and Transport Canada rules as well as TAGinn policies, including MAP pricing. We will also require proof of your valid, government issued Photo ID.
