The purpose of this stun grenade with 2 seconds delay is to attract the enemies attention, or to disable them for a short period of time in order to breach their defence without "killing" anyone in the room. It perfectly suits "hostage rescue" training scenarios. It may also be used as a frag grenade simulator where fragmentation projectiles are not allowed.
P-Top Certification is met by a person when they have demonstrated sufficient education, knowledge and skill (or prior experience) to safely, legally and responsibly handle TAGinn "Articles Pyrotechnics" by way of passing the P-Top Certification Test. A person who does not have P-Top Certification (and who therefore lacks proper training in the safe, legal and responsible use of these products) can use them only under the direct and continuous supervision of a person meeting the requirements for Consumer or Professional use.
